Mostly a good experience. Could do with having bottled mineral water in the vending machine as that was the only thing I felt like drinking and there wasn’t any.
Suggested improvements
Try to get other patients in the waiting room to keep quiet as I was feeling really unwell and needed peace. Also, it was difficult to hear patients names being called to go to their appointments over others talking rubbish. Too much messing about and noisy children/adults or have a silent area. Also space the chairs out.

Very impressed with the range of services under one roof x was visiting my sister and went to the centre experiencing dizziness and was dealt with quickly and very professionally by a lovely man called Michael. He diagnosed vertigo and the tablets he gave me have worked so very pleased with the overall service . Thank you .
